Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Dental and Medical Sciences (IJMRBPDMS) is fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. The journal strictly adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects all authors, reviewers, and editors to follow ethical principles during the publication process.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors submitting their manuscripts to IJMRBPDMS must ensure that their work is original, accurate, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Proper citation of all referenced work is mandatory to avoid plagiarism. Authorship should be restricted only to those who have made a significant contribution to the research and manuscript preparation. All authors must disclose financial support, conflicts of interest, and obtain ethical approval for research involving human participants or animals.

Responsibilities of Editors

The editorial board of  International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Dental and Medical Sciences (IJMRBPDMS) is responsible for making impartial and fair decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. Editors ensure that manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit without discrimination based on the author’s nationality, gender, or institutional affiliation. Editors must maintain confidentiality of submissions and must not use unpublished information for personal research purposes.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the journal. They are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback on manuscripts assigned to them. Reviewers must respect confidentiality and should not disclose or use unpublished data for personal gain. Any potential conflict of interest must be declared, and if a reviewer feels unqualified to review a manuscript, they should promptly decline the assignment.

Misconduct, Plagiarism, and Retraction Policy

International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Dental and Medical Sciences (IJMRBPDMS) takes issues of misconduct and unethical practices very seriously. Plagiarism, falsification of data, duplicate publication, and unethical experimentation are strictly prohibited. If any such misconduct is identified, the manuscript will be rejected immediately, and in cases where the article has already been published, it will be retracted with a formal notice. Authors found guilty of malpractice may be barred from submitting future work to the journal.
